The Idlewild Foundation will reimburse the $400 cost to foster families in the Idlewild Foster Care Community of foster kids who are senior high school students attending the NextGen Senior Trip December 29, 2023 to January 2, 2024. The Idlewild student ministry desires to see students grow in their relationship with Jesus and be taught how to follow Jesus after High School. Unfortunately, the statistics show that roughly 70% of Christians leave their faith during their first year after High School. The Senior Trip is a retreat with the primary goal of directly addressing this issue. This retreat is designed to equip seniors in their relationship with Jesus through intentional times of teaching and conversation as well as provide an atmosphere for Seniors to grow in their relationship with their peers.
